Window Slow Going Up

My 2004 Cadillac Escadale passenger front window moves at about 1/4 speed of the rest of the windows when going up. Down is the same speed as the rest. Any ideas?

I have the exact same problem on a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2004. The rear passenger window rolls down only from the rear passenger window and won't go up or down from the front. It has to be in the wiring because the problem was intermittent initially and a new window motor does the exact same thing. If you figured it out or have the wiring diagram please let me know.
