I just got my car looked at and a DTC:28 error code came up.

It is a Camry V6, right?

None of my own lists of DTCs show any signal 28 for a Camry V6, but a separate search result says it is a "faulty heated oxygen sensor signal".

I read the check engin light on my 1993 toyota camry le and it gave me to codes: DTC:14 and DTC:26... What could be wrong with my car?

Code 14: Igniter circuit, probably a faulty igniter
Code 26: Fuel mixture too rich, possibly a faulty coolant temperature sensor, or faulty oxygen sensor

http://www.ehow.com/how_6038371_retrieve-1990-toyota-scan-tool.html are instructions for pulling the error codes for 1990 - 1995 Toyotas.

Without the error codes to guide you, you could throw a lot of money at fixing something and still not be fixing the problem. Suggest you pull the errors codes and then you will have a place to start troubleshooting the problem.

Code 21 on toyota corolla 1993

Code 21 is an oxygen/heater sensor, replace the main o2 sensor and clear the code, or sometimes you can just clear the code and it wont come back. Problems with the o2 sensor are normal and usually not that big of a deal.
