Have you tried replacing the fuel filters and lines, you my have a blockage preventing even fuel flow/ I would say try running a fuel line/injector cleaner though it. If this ease sit up a bit try cleaning the injectors with some Gumout. Check intake manifold for carbon build up

Start looking at transmission problems. From what you have told, there might be a valve body problem in low gears and you should check into it. Seems like you sure did a lot of work on this. You have run it through a code reader recently, right? If not, AutoZone will read the trouble codes for free so see if anything comes up.

You seem to have changed a lot of parts in an attempt to cure.

Important to start with a code read to provide clues to the cause of the fault. Fault codes aren't always accurate alone and live data and freeze frame data should be used in combination.

It is best practice to then, instead of jumping in feet first, verify the routine maintenance is up to date and competently carried out and carry out a thorough visual inspection.
This is before any repairs are begun and then any stored faults are erased from the memory and then carry out a roadtest if the fault isn't apparent or if it is carry out a new code read and begin repairs or replacements of faulty item(s).

It should be borne in mind if a fault code indicates a faulty sensor it doesn't mean the sensor is faulty. What it does mean is the sensor COULD be faulty but it could equally be the wiring, connections or even the ecu.

Spark plug gap size 01 dodge caravan 6 cylinder 3.3l

A Chiltons/Haynes repair manual that covers this vehicle make/model/year will have the information you seek. Plus a lot of other goodies. I'll give you the gap for the 3.3 V6 used in the 1984 thru 1995 (we use it for our 1998 Grand Caravan). okay per tune-up specs, that spark plug gap is, drum roll please, 0.050 inch/1.3mm. These specs are for the OEM spark plugs Champion RN14MC5. Best of luck accessing the 3 on the back side.

2006 dodge grand caravan engine sputter after shut off

I'd strongly suggest checking your spark plugs, their cables, the distributor and your ignition, because this could be an electrical problem. Given, though, that you're working in a really tight engine bay in Dodge Caravans made after 2002, especially those with the V6 engine, I'd buy the Haynes manual first. They're around $25 at most, AutoZone, Advance Auto Parts or even Barnes & Noble should have it, (or you can order one even cheaper from Half.com,) and it has things like troubleshooting tables for your specific engine. If you have the straight-four, I'd be inclined to check your spark plugs first, but if it's a V6, it could also be time to replace the solenoid at the ignition, which will mean partially disassembling your steering column. The manual will help you a lot, not just with this, but with anything else that could go wrong on your van, plus it'll help you tune it for the best gas mileage. I took my Mom's '05 Caravan up a whole two miles-per-gallon with the tips in the manual, so it pays for itself. Good luck!

Shift solenoid B malfuction

All the solenoids in your 41TE trans are located in one part called the solenoid pack. It's located on the front of the trans, usually costs about 200 bucks for the part. This is likely the problem, but cannot rule out wiring issues without testing.
