I had this same issue with my 1999 toyota camry and fixed it by taping off the surrounding areas of the windshield seal and spraying a product i saw advertised on tv called 'Flex Seal'. It wasen't the prettiest finish but it worked and for about $11 after tax.
Hi. Thanks for your question. For any assistance related to Mazda rear glass window hinge you can visit https://www.reliable-store.com and download the entire workshop manual which includes all the information along with the diagrams for better understanding. Good day!
Most door glass slides in from the top **** in the door. Sometimes the window seal around the window frame may have to come out and can be re-installed after you secure the glass to the track. You may have to insert the glass at an odd angle to fit it thru. Be sure to have the door panel off so you can access the track screws(bolts) and make sure you do or don't have to bond it with adhisive. A great bonding agent for this is gorilla glue, tested and still working on my friends 93grand cherokee. Good luck.
You'll need to remove the outer door panel. There are torx head bit bolts going into the outer panel from the inner door. You'll need to remove the door handle, there is a small pin to remove and side of the door handle. Remove the chrome or black molding at the top of the door, against the window.
okay you have 11 items that sun roof is assembling first you have take the inside molding & ceiling then you will see whats is came next. the glass part along with the metal assembling it came out from the top.
Chrysler Full-Size Trucks 1989-1996 Repair Guide Stationary Side or Rear Window
(see Figures 1, 2 and 3) You'll need an assistant for this job.
Remove the moldings surrounding the glass.
Have your assistant stand outside and support the glass.
Working from the inside truck, start at one upper corner and work
the weatherstripping across the top of the glass, pulling the
weatherstripping down and pushing outward on the glass until your
assistant can grab the glass and lift it out.
Fig. 1: Work the weatherstrip seal in until fully seated
Remove the weatherstripping from the glass.
Fig. 2: Exploded view of the vent window mounting-Dakota models

To install:
Clean the weatherstripping, glass and glass opening with solvent to remove all old sealer.
Apply liquid butyl sealer, in the glass channel of the weatherstripping and install the weatherstripping on the glass.
Apply a bead of sealer to the opening flange and in the inner flange crevice of the weatherstripping lip.
Place a length of strong cord, such as butcher's twine, in the
flange crevice of the weatherstripping. The cord should go all the way
around the weatherstripping with the ends, about 18 in. (457mm) long
each, hanging down together at the bottom center of the window.
Apply soapy water to the weatherstripping lip.
Have your assistant position the window assembly in the channel from the outside, applying firm inward pressure.
From inside, you guide the lip of the weatherstripping into place
using the cord, working each end alternately, until the window is
locked in place.
Remove the cord, clean the glass and weatherstripping of excess sealer and leak test the window.
Install the moldings.
I hope help you with this (remember rated this help) Good luck.
Remove the black vinyl trim from the edge of the glass. Remove broken glass & urethane adhesive from the metal pinchweld leaving a thin layer (approx 1/16") of urethane for new new urethane to adhere to. Vacuum broken glass. Prime nicks to the metal to protect from rusting (also insuring a good surface to bond to). Attach vinyl reveal molding to glass (unless it's a "T" shaped push in type - it would install after the glass is set). Clean and prime the replacement glass. Apply new urethane adhesive. Set glass in place.Slide the metal joint cover in place on the molding (at bottom in the center). Clean outer surface of glass. Allow for safe drive away as noted by urethane manufacturer.
