No reverse on this model almost always means a cracked cage in the transmission.Good news is you just have to have the cage changed and not much else and all should be fine and won't cost too much.
Take the car to AutoZone, they will check your ECM for the code using a OBD II scanner that is causing the problem for free, once you have that code the problem can be diagnosed easier.
If I understand you correctly, you have ALL forward gears working, but reverse doesn't?... then the problem is in the transmission itself or the linkage on the trans linkage into reverse.
you need a different tranny because the reverse is a direct gear and is doent engage,the reverse doest work with the drive gear system,so you have a internal mechanical problem in you tranny
