You can ground it literally anywhere there's clean, bare metal. If you cant find a spot, make one by filing the paint off a small area of the sub dash and grounding it there.

It is common for these rear wiper motors to get moisture in them and this can cause the motor to become inoperable, the fact that you seldom use it may be the contributing cause. I would remove the rear hatch interior panel and turn on the wipers and see if the wiper motor has 12 volts to it and a good ground connection,

It is likely the radio needs to be pulled out and sent to a factory approved repair center, the parts are not available to the public.

It sounds like u got a coil pack going out. Alot of times when your engine is cold or when you arn't putting a load on it the coils won't fail. How ever when the engine reaches operating temperatures and there is load on the coils that is when they are going to break down. my advice would be to get a scanner and see what cylinder the missfire is at then swwap that coil to another cylinder to verify that the coil is defective. If it is purchase another with a new spark plug put it in and let it rip.
