A relay is simply a switch that switches a high current with a lower current draw it its simple on the relay there should be a diagram one of the burnt wires should be hot at all times and that is the current you will try to alternate when the relay activates when it does the current will go to the blower so you already have two the other two you just need a positive current that usually comes from the bw switch with the key on and the other one is a ground to interact with the ac positive leat and actuate the relay, here is a diagram of a relay just substitute where it says to lights and let it say to blower motor

Finding the relay for heat and a/c blower motor

It's called a resistor. Under the dash, on the passenger side. Close to the blower. Usually behind the blower motor. Has five to seven wires going to it.

1999 ford econoline e 250 low voltage (7volts) at fuel pump, where is the relay located and how can it be identified?

The fuel pump relay should be near the driver side fender or the battery along with other relays. It should have a dark green and yellow wire that goes to the inertia switch, a red wire that goes to the EEC relay, and two other wires that may be light blue and orange.
The wire that powers the pump goes to the inertia switch then to the pump.

Where is the blower motor relay on the 1994 Ford Econoline. The fan is going one speed - SLOW. I replaced the blower motor, because it was squealing, but that never solved the problem. I'm thinking it's...

On your vehicle, if it works on low speed, that eliminates the fuse, the blower motor relay and the blower motor resistor. All of the parts of the resistor must bee good for it to work on low. The relay supplies power to the motor and the controls provide the ground, so if the motor runs at all, it is not the relay or the fuse. The only thing left is the switch. Fords are bad about burning the wire connector that conects to the switch. You will most likely have to replace the switch and the connector. Both of these parts are widely avaiable at most aftermarket parts stores.

1998 olds delta 88 lost fan control, ac control, and rear window control all at once have power to fuses and tried differnt switch assembly in dash

It might not be a fuse that goes to that it might be a relay thats under your hood in the fuse box. Just a idea for you to try. Hope this works out for you.

1998 Astro Van Heater AC Blower only works on medium & Low

Yes, in high it bypasses the resistor and uses a high blower relay. But I think on 1998 Astro the High relay and the resistor are built together. It should be mounted in the blower box real close to the blower motor.
