Question about 2005 Nissan Altima
Hello and thank you for using FixYa!
To change the washer pump, you need to acess the washer bottle. You can access it by removing the front part of the passenger side inner fender skirt. After you have it out of your way, unplug the electrical connector and disconnect the washer lines from the pump. Then the pump can just be pulled out. If you have washer fluid in the bottle, then you may want to let it drain, cause when you pull the pump out, it will get you all wet.

Sounds like pump alright Unbolt tank from car and pump should be screwed to bottom of tank Another way is fit a universal inline washer pump Up to you whether you want to keep your car original

More than likely it's the pump itself. I say this because in a nutshell your pump is computer controled. It receives power through the CAN system on your vehicle. If it were just a fuse MANY other things would not be working. I would see if you are geting power and ground to the pump. If you are then replace the pump. If you are not you may be looking at the switch or a wiring problem or in the system itself. Wish I could give you just a fuse but it's not that simple on your vehicle. I gave you a descrition of how it works but it can be a little confusing.
