Jack that side up & try to turn the wheel with it in neutral,be sure to set the e-brake. Could be the caliper hanging up due to a bad brake hose or frozen slides.
I had a similar issue like this on my 88. When I had an alignment check, the mechanic said the tire had a seperated belt. I rotated the front and back tires and the vibration isn't as bad now that it isn't a drive tire.
