Had oil service and tire rotation on 2006 scion xb and the speedometer reads faster than the car is traveling how do i fix the problem

IF the tires are smaller in diameter than OEM calls for, the speedo will read faster than your traveling. If you want your speedo to read properly, stick with the size tires the manufacturer calls for on THAT particular vehicle.

C3 automatic. Why does battery light stay on when ignition is off, speedo shows faster than actual speed, and central locking does not work?

Check to see if any relay is hot or warm when everything is off, thus draining battery. It could be the central locking relay, or just a bad diode in the alternator.
