Where is the turn signal relay or switch located on a 2008 Pontiac g6 trying to fix hyper flash from my led bulbs

You replaced factory bulbs with led bulbs ? There is no relay BCM - body control module does it
Turn Signal Lamps
The body control module (BCM) is responsible for controlling the turn signals and hazard lamps. When the turn signal switch is placed in either the left turn or right turn position, the BCM receives a signal from the turn signal switch. The BCM then sends an on-off voltage signal to either the left or right turn signals and their instrument panel cluster (IPC) indicator. When the hazard switch is pressed, the BCM receives a signal from the hazard switch. The BCM then will send an on-off voltage signal to all the turn signal lamps. All the turn signal lamps will flash including both IPC turn signal indicators.

Put the stock lamps back . LED's won't work .

Where is the flasher relay located on a 2002 jeep

It is not the relay, you have a defective bulb on the side that is not.

Both turn signals not working 1991 jeep cherokee

More than likely the Flasher Relay is defective. Replace it. It has two relays and the turn signal relay is located driver's side, under dash, above kick panel, mounted in top of convenience panel. The other relay for the hazard lights is mounted in the same place only it is located in the bottom of the convenience panel.

My signals and flasher quit working 2002, Jeep Grand Cherokee

in your vehicles owner manual, look up fuses, and flasher units or flasher relay. Fuses are normally located under the dash, but when both turn signals quit working it is usually the relay. The relay is located under the hood yours owners manual should show you the location.
