Ensure timing marks aligned.campulley must be at zero with hole to the top.that hole must line with a slot on the head.bottom sprocket must be turned to the ten two position liningup withslot.fit timing beltin anti clockwise direction,starting at crankshaft sprocket.ensure belt is taut between sprockets.firmly push tensioner agains belt and tighten bolt.turn engine ones around and check marks.apply a load of 2kg to belt and travell should be 4-6mm.re-assemble engine.
