Question about 1997 Chevrolet Cavalier
Just look in the engine compartment (drivers side) and you'll see a plastic cover over some electrical relays. They are labled, one is for the fan, swap the fan relay with one that has the same exact diagram on the side of it. Turn on your air conditioner (the fan should always turn on with the air) if the fan turns on, replace the old relay for a few bucks.

Hi,if its a electric fan disconect the electric plug from the switch and bridge it then the fan should work if it dose then replace the switch.
