P1352 means the glow plug pre/post heater relay is jammed open or more likely at least one of the glow plugs are kaput.. either way the management system is measuring an abnormality in the glow plug system

How do I clear default codes

If built after 1996, use a scanner or code reader to erase codes. If built before 1996, to erase codes just take off the negative battery terminal for a few minutes. All before 1996 use OBD-1 (On Board Diagnostics, first generation). After 1996, all management systems are called OBD-2. It's a federal requirement for all vehicles sold in the US, using a common plug to hook any scanner to the engine for diagnostics.

Engine warning light on all the time

Scan the car for trouble codes. Anytime the light is on with car running, the engine computer has registered a fault with its engine management. Only when the codes are retrieved will one know what tripped the light on. If your car is made after 1995 ('96 or later), you need an OBD-II type scanner or code reader. If an earlier model, your system would be OBD-I. OBD means on board diagnostics. Autozone and other national parts stores will do a free scan for trouble codes. Once you get them, you can post them here for help, or take it to a shop for the problem.
Some codes are minor that don't affect engine running, but you will never know till you get the codes.
