Question about 1987 Ford Ranger
Do you hear clicking sound also?
It can be the wheel bearing and or front hub.
Put the Ranger on a lift and spin the tires.
If there is resistance then pull the wheel off and inspect the inner and outer bearings.
Check them or re-pack them with grease.
Check CV if it's a 4WD truck.
