Question about 1995 Pontiac Grand Prix

My 1995 Pontiac Grand Prix SE headlights quit. Highbeams do work.

My 1995 Pontiac Grand Prix SE headlights quit working last night when I started the car...only the high-beams work, not the ''regular'' headlights. All other lights (blinkers, brakes, dome, etc.) work as normal. I highly doubt that BOTH headlights burned out at the same time... please help if you can.

I agree with you, HIGHLY unlikely that BOTH your low beams went out at the same time. Probably your headlight switch is at fault. You can ck your low beams with an ohm meter or by using a jump wire from the battery (and ground too of course) just to be sure the Improbable hasnt happened (both went out at same time).
Like Sherlock Holmes Always said..."Eliminate the IMPOSSIBLE, and whatever is left [no matter how IMPROBABLE] has GOT TO BE YOUR ANSWER". ;-)

I have a 2006 Grand prix and my headlights go out for about 10 minutes at a time and come back on, but my highbeams, blinkers, and brake lights don't go out. What is wrong with my car?

Something is grounding out somewhere. A bare wire or burnt wire. Your circuit breakers are cutting out and when they cool off they reset until they get hot again. Look closely at the wiring to the headlights. It could even be under the dash somewhere or in the switch.

2002 pontiac grand prix gt. High beams are dimmer

A loose ground wire to the headlight will keep it dim,Or a headlight adjustment will bring the headlight up.If you can have your headlight turned on a garage door or something at night, and then watch as you change your headlights from low beam to high beam which ones are higher.the last thing to verify is that your high beam headlights are not the plastic lens type that turn dull which cuts the light power.

I have a 2007 grand prix. The lowbeams work but

check the switch it self in the steering column mabe faulty and will need replacing. the high beam switch tend to go bad over time, some has better luck than others, it fairly easy to replace. the switch unit itself operate like a two way switch, one for flashing and other high beam.

Headlights quit working, all other lights work,91 grand prix.Is there a fuse for the headlights? Can't find one under the dash or hood.

alright here is the fun part... look under the coolant recovery tank. Its hidden under there. First check your switch out before you remove the tank. Let me know how it goes I have had the same problem.

Having a Headlight Problem with my Grand Prix Headlights won't turn on at night seems like the timer may be off ?

Until you get the timer part figured out, you should be able to manually turn the light switch on. If that doesn't help there might be other problems like a wiring short, a relay is bad, the fuse needs replaced, or the headlights themself need replaced.
