TRIED REPLACEING IDLE CONTROL VALVE WATER TEMP.SENSOR AND THEROMSTAT
First thing to check for I feel , are vacuum leaks. Check all vacuum lines for being connected securely, no damage,cracks etc.
I use engine starter fluid in a aerosol can to detect leaks, spray around the vacuum lines, around intake and throttle body, ( if you here a change in how car is idling, while doing this, you have found your leak.)
