Question about 1997 Dodge Dakota
My air conditioner blows hot air. Wondering if it might only need freon. How do I add freon to 1997 dodge dakota SLT?
What kind, and how much do I need to add?
Is there a way to tell if any is in it, to keep from adding too much?
You can purchase R134a cans with a built in gauge so you don't overcharge... Assuming the system has not completely discharged, usually a can or less will do. Here is a link with some basic instructions:
