Question about 1992 Honda Accord
Thsi could be a lot of different things, but the two easiest things to check will be the air filter and the fuel injectors. If the air filter s clean and dry, then I would buy some fuel injector cleaner and try running your engine for a little while. Cut the engine off and let it cool for about 10 minutes, and then retry it. If this does not work, it could be a PCM valve or a lot of other issues. It sounds to me like your fuel injectors though, and that maybe they are clogged.
