Multiple engine codes 2002 tribute. p0171, p0174, p0300, p1401

I doubt it.
Codes 171 and 174 are for lean fuel mixtures, 300 is for random missfires which could be fuel or ignition related, and 1401 is for a problem with the EGR valve system. Now the EGR could cause the other codes if the valve is open or leaking when it should be closed.
The EGR valve and sensor would need to be tested first.

Multiple misfire

Well code 300 would be for a random missfire, which could be anything from a faulty crank or cam sensor, ignition module, to a fuel problem or vac leak. If there are no other codes I doubt it is anything electrical.
If the spark plugs are original you could start by replacing them.

What is a p0300 code

I found on line that the p300 coad is a random missfire in all cylinders and that the last number in a p300 code is the cylinder that is misfiring. Your p302 & p303 would be #2&3 cylinders.

1999 malibu 3.1 clyd 5 missfire and now random missfire oil light is on lfters very noise runs rough

Have you confirmed there is no oil pressure and the oil level is full on the dipstick?

The oil pump is turned by the oil pump drive located under the throttle body. The oil pump drive is run of from the cam shaft. It is not uncommon for the camshafts to break on these engines.

It may not be a bad idea to pull the front valve cover and turn the engine over by hand to see if all the rockers are moving.

V6 blazer/code 300/changed plugs, wires, coil, vaccum hoses, and still will not start on cold damp days if not run the day before. cranking rpms 100 or less.

Wet weather starting and missfire problems are almost always in the ightion system. The cap and rotor are the most common reasons and the coil is next. Code 300 is random multicyclinder missfire. The coil wire even if it's good can get intotroble. Something that's fun to do if you can is to watch the motor while your trying to start it in the dark. Sparks should'nt be ging anywhere so if you see some those parts are bad.

1999 grand prix gt 3.8v 6 error codes 300 and 302

The PO300 code is random/multiple cylinder misfire detected. Sinsc you have the code PO302, that means that cylinder 2 is the one misfiring, usually a bad coil pack, or spark plug.

What is an code po300 and po420 and what do i need to do i have an 2002 nissan altima

The p0300 code is a random missfire code sometimes caused by bad spark plugs and wires, if you have not done a tune up, it's time for one. now, the p0420 code is for catalyst efficiency below threshold, basically, your catalytic converter is bad and may need to be replaced. Sometimes repairing the random missfire can eventually clear the p0420 code. your car is not burning fuel properly, therefore the catalytic converter is getting dirty. Also, if you notice blue smoke coming out the tail pipe, then that's the cause for a failing catalytic converter as oil is getting to the combustion chamber and being burned off through the exhaust.

I have 1999 318 4x4 dakota with fault coads

These are misfire codes. This means that your vehicle is missing. The 300 is a random misfire and the 305 is for cylinder 5,and the 306 is for cylinder number 6.Check the plugs if they are good then you could have bad coils. They are top of the plugs.Hope this helps.Good luck.
