I believe they are called auxiliary power outlets. Your owners manual has this info, which fuse does what.
I looked at your owners manual, it says you have a fuse block in the trunk, driver side. Hopefully the access panel for the fuse box is labeled, fuse--20 for auxiliary power outlets, if the problem is a fuse.
If you need a picture of that fuse box, holler.

The cigarette fuse is located in the battery junction box under the hood, it is fuse # 10 and is a 20A fuse, open the hood and find the box it is on the passenger side towards the back of the compartment, it is 10th in line on the top row, also you can check these fuses without removing them through the clear plastic top so that should make things a little easier too, hope this helps

Under the hood directly in front of the driver is a covered fuse block. Remove the cover and the fuse is #34.

I had exactly same problem. I could not use my GPS or charge my cell phone.
In front of the driver sit, there are actually 2 fuse boxes. You probably found the first one. A second one is located above well hidden. Once you find it, you'll find the fuse you are looking for.

on a right hand drive s type the fuse for the cigarette lighter is under dash right hand side it is fuse no 32 20 amps

99 malibu inop radio fix

Stock radios have 2 fuses that run them.

Fuse 1 is usually labeled as Radio in the fuse box.

The 2nd fuse shares circuits with other devices that are powered straight off of the battery, so look and see if your dome light works, and your cigarette lighter. If either of those aren't working, check the fuse for that item. Cigarette lighters are usually listed as Cigar in the fuse box, and dome light is usually CTSY or Courtesy.

a cigarette lighter is rarely on its own fuse, test the plug with a cell phone charger or some other device that plugs into the lighterplug, if it works the cigarette plug is ok, and the actual lighter itself is bad, most auto stores sell replacements
