Question about 2006 Chevrolet Uplander
Open the passenger door. There is a plastic side panel with a small vent in it at the end of the dash board. It may require a firm yank to get the panel off. The other fuse box is in the engine compartment by the battery. Good luck and hope this helps, Keep me posted if you have any more questions.

The Fuse Box is on the End Cap of the dash board on the Passengers side. The end of the dash where it meets the Door panel. Open the Passenger Door fully and look on the end of the dash by the upper door hinge. There is a round hole in the triangle shaped end panel. That is the cover. It has 3 clips that hold it on. When you get it up a bit, use a screw driver or putty knife to push on the clips. Or just pull the heck out of the panel and hope it does not break. There are 3 clips in some what tri-angle spacing.
