Theses cars don't have pedal cables it's all hydrolic. The shifter has cables but if there's a clutch pedal vibration it would depend on when it vibrates engagement or disengagement could be a wrapped flywheel etc. Or cv axle issue tough to give a answer to that over the net.

Clutch petal stays up with too much pressure car stays in neutral like pedal is pressed to floor


Sounds like an internal clutch/pressure plate issue. Possible broken torsional vibration spring in the clutch assembly keeping clutch engaged. The transmission will have to be removed and clutch inspected/replaced.

pcm is attached to the front side of battery box under hood, 4 10mm screws and wire connections, make sure the pcm your replacing it with is already programmed with your vin or pats will shut er down,

2007 chevy cobalt ss need help


Sounds like you are not getting the full throw of the slave cylinder. If you do not disengage the clutch completely it will shift hard, and sometimes you have to double clutch like you would an old truck. Have whoever put in your clutch bleed the clutch system again.
