You should be fine, if there is a difference in connectors, at least you will have the ones off of your car that you can graft onto the new ones. The colors should be the same thou.
Battery connections good , battery ground cable connection on the frame an engine clean an tight ? No corrosion . I wouldn't look for any ground issues under your seat . No power , main cable problem , to starter etc...
Some of these cars have a double positive battery cable at the battery if it is like that remove the cables and clean them and reinstall them if they won't tighten good enough you can add a washer between them to get them to tighten down. There is a round block of lead between them that gets smashed down over time that causes them to not tighten up if it looses power on one cable that feeds the cars ignition and other things like power seats and windows it will still crank over but not start.
i don't have a solution but my car did the same thing in october 2009 and i still have not had it repaired. I am told it is something electrical because its your fuel pump is not coming on and that is why the car is not starting but it doesnt make since why the windows and power seats dont work. I have also been told the only thing that connects the 3 of them is the body control module.
