I have a 1990 Isuzu trooper i am wondering what is n line between the clutch master cylinder and the slave cylinder

You mean brake fluid?? There should be nothing in between the master and slave, unless you have a switch of some sort, but being that old, I doubt it. I really don't understand your question, but hope this helps.

Rear ABS Light/Rear brakes drag sometimes

The only moving parts on brake's are caliper's and master cylinder. The rest are just pipe's. Dosent sound like the master cylinder as the two back brakes should lock not one. It still sounds like caliper's. Can you be sure they have changed them If it were mine I would get someone independent to check they have done the work they say they done.
