Question about 2002 Ford Explorer
In this particular vehicle you must diode isolate from the GEM module . What happens is when you arm the vehicle the electronic module in the vehicle stays awake and then in about 20 min- 30 min then it shuts down and sends a a pulse and the alarm detects it as an intrusion and makes the alarm go off . Take it back to a shop or try to isolate it yourself

When you use the key to unlock the car you must put the key in the ignition immediately, this should stop the alarm sounding - if it does not you have an alarm module fault - get it checked at dealers.

Hello, did it make you hair stand on it ends. You vehicle needs to be serviced
at the dealership.
All the computer controls need to be reset. Inside an automobile is the safest place to be when lightning strikes. I hope this help you. GB...stewbison
