Question about 1994 Lincoln Continental
Most likely it is a head gasket blown as i had the same problem and have replaced them twice

You may i have weak batteries, lets just hope for that. but i suggest to get a little help from a mechanic, you might have a broken timing belt/chain. have it replaced if the batteries arent the problem
