Question about 2006 Nissan Frontier
There is a GM TSP (Technical Service Bulletin) about this problem.
The Float assembly has corrosion on it. GM has a 'cleaning fluid" to try to fix it. It that fails the Float assembly must be replaced. Meaning the gas tank must be removed from the Van. About 350 bucks for the float assembly and about 450 dollars for labor. If you have it fixed, try to have the tank near empty. Down to the last 3 or 4 gallons.
