where are the polyps
if they are in your bowel not seeing a doctor is condemning your self to ***** by cancer of the bowel as polyps are the first sign of cancer
If you are bleeding then again not seeing a doctor is not good
you have to decide if cost or life is more important

I suggest you get bowl of water with handful of Epsom salts,this is to help with the swelling, put feet in water for good 30 mins,hopefully this will help,also with the itching,this is because are swollen, try Apple cider vinegar,make sure it is the'mother' it will be wrote on bottle put on feet I use it undiluted,it works for me,I also drink glass of warm water with tablespoon of ACV ,half TSP of turmeric and TSP honey.
