I ended up finding a repair shop here in Cleveland. The problem ended up being a short in the electrical system. My fuse kept blowing. That's why it wouldn't restart. If you decide to take your vehicle to a repair shop, have them check out the electrical system. My problem was found under the drivers side fender. Some of the wires were corroded. Good luck!

First change the fuel filter if this does not fix the problem you must replace the fuel rail pressure regulator

Check your fuses if all OK, then check for spark. If you have good spark find the main relay, often under dash. Remove the cover and check out the relay circuit board and look for annular cracking around any of the soldered joints. If any of the joints are 'dry' simply resolder and that should fix the problem for good. The main relay feeds electricity to the both the ignition circuit and the fuel pump so it is good just to be sure that this element is working OK especially on older Hondas that have a bit of reputation of a weakness in this area

There are many things to do with the engine management system the when the ECM light comes on it can kill the engine. You can go to an autoparts store and they will read the codes for free. Get the code number and description. let me know, i will help. Randy
