Question about 2004 Honda CR-V
On my 2004 honda cr-v ex the shift knob locks itself in the park position and i cannot get it out. any suggestions?
There is a Safety System - Shifter Lock - normally with the Ignition Key ON - and Brake Pedal depressed - it will unlock the shifter so you can get out of Park.
There may be an issue with that Safety System - even a blown fuse could cause issues.
Let me know if this helps

Next to the shifter is a slot with a cover, take the cover off and use you key or screw driver to push down in this slot, shifter should move.
