Question about 1989 Ford Bronco

1 Answer

My 95 ford bronco will turn over, but won't start. It is getting fuel. I have replaced the selonoid, ignition switch, and the alternator and starter have been tested. The ECM has been tested and works fine. Do you have any ideas?

1989 ford bronco II xlt running absolutely fine parked vechicle for an hour now it will not start but appears to want to turn over but won't

hard starting on hot engines is caused by just 2 things:

1. carbons in starter needs to be replaced.
2. ignition timing is overly advanced. timing should be recalibrated by your mechanic.

My 86 olds 98 won't start

It should be in the harness with the others that go to the starter, its a small wire that comes from the ignition switch it hooks to the small post next to the main post on the starter selonoid thats what kicks the selonoid in witch in turn, turns the starter.

My 2004 pontiac seems to be not getting any fuel or spark

first check the ignition switch.
then
Check all of the battery terminals and cables and check the wires on the starter/selonoid, start from the battery and follow the cable out and check all conections , clean and tighten them and if it still does it the starter/selonoid is bad and needs replacement...
