Check for power at resistor. I know for sure 99's were right behind front shock tower under hood, on firewall, check there & see what you find. From there, I would poke wires going to motor itself with ignition switch & blower on obviously, to see if power getting to motor. Use a voltmeter, or test light.

Replace the fan resistor located under the dash in the heater box. look under the dash where the glove box is and if you can't see it remove the glove box door to get a better look.

If you are referring to the AC fan for the condenser under the hood, you may also want to check on the wiring especially the ground,as it may have come loose on both ends of the wires. See if there is continuity as well. Other than that it may have gone bad.

If there is juice at the motor when the fan switch is turned to high then you need a new motor. period...
this fan will be under the dash on the passenger side.
disconnect the negative on the battery when ever you are working with electrical components...

Hi , I have a 2009 Ford E250 van and all of a sudden the switch that controls the blower motor doesnt activate the blower. I have heat if the vehicle is moving , but its not blowing heat from the vent

There is a fuse, may not be solely for the blower but it has to be fuseed! Anyway I would suggest checking all fuse's both inside and outside boxes first then locate blower relay swoop with the one next to it and test blower if its stil not working its the fan speed switch! They gave trouble on previous models! ! You'd be very unlucky for a 2009 fan motor to fail...good luck.

1999 suburban front blower stopped working

More than likely your blower motor resister went bad, that is what regulates the fan speeds

The blower motor worked then suddenly stopped

At the central junction box, check 15A fuse 16 which feeds the remote climate control (RCC) module. Check 10A fuse 28 which feeds the RCC module and the blower motor relay. Check 40A fuse 6 which feeds the blower motor relay. If the fuses are OK, start the engine (the blower only works while the engine is running). There should be 12V at the PNK/WHT wire connection to the front blower motor speed controller and the blower should be operating. If not, the controller may be defective or the blower motor may have failed

Front Blower does not work on 2008 town and country.

At the moment, I think something wrong with "totally integrated power module", some people call this the bcm. There is no relay or fuse for front blower motor, there is a relay for rear blower. The dark blue wire is voltage from bcm or if you wish totally integrated power module. You could check the wire circuit/dark blue wire. With hvac turned on, check for voltage at the blower module and bcm, you could also check continuity, no voltage on the system.

The front window Defogger was blowing then all of a sudden it quit. The A/C & heat will not work, could this be a fuse or blower/fan problem?

Went under the hood and checked the relay switches, the one for the heat was not under there so it appears to be in the dashboard

check the fan blower relay. this is the one powering up the blue wire going to the motor.

maybe it has a separate fuse. check from other locations. could be in the passenger kick panel.
