Question about 2000 Volkswagen Beetle
Along with the check engine light coming on also my car has an odor when I first start my car and when I stop. Not sure of the odor scent. Sometimes it smells like something burning and other times it smells like fuel. It last for a few seconds and then disappears. When my car is idling it goes up and down but never higher than 1rpm. Could these issues be related? I have an appointment at a car shop tomorrow but I just wanted any thoughts. Would hate to be told that it will be expensive to fix when it only is a minor problem.
