Question about 1990 Ford F150
There may be a severe leak in the exhaust manifold. The pressure release from the engine works like a pulse and it can cause enough vibration. I am not sure if you would be able to run seafoam through your air intake/brake booster system. If you could then it will be so easy to see a leak as it creates huge amount of white smoke.
