Lights on a/c flash on and off this started when i couldnt get it to start got a jump then the security was acting goofy had to put security key in to start it and now a/c dash lights flash

1998 Plymouth Grand Voyager-similar happen to me when my battery was very low. I replaced the battery, then rear wiper control lights flashed, a/c control lights flashed.
HVAC controls need to be recalibrated, this is a factory test that involves pressing these control buttons in a certain sequence, which may take a couple minutes to complete. I'm sorry I don't have the written steps to share, but I hope this leads you to a solution.

It can be several things. Te simple one is that the connector behind the cluster is loose. The other is the circut board that makes up the cluster is going bad. Try disconnecting the cluster and re connecting. If this does not work, try replacing it with a sed one from a salvage yard or from ebay.

Blinking panel lights

To Calibrate , start and warm engine to normal operating temp. with engine idling turn blower switch to high, turn mode switch to panel, open all outlets, move temp lever to full cold.
press and hold rear wash and rear wiper buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds (untill all leds illuminate.) all leds should light up for 5 seconds, rear wiper and intermittent rear wiper button leds will flash alternatly during calibration... after 60 seconds if only rear wiper button led is flashing, cal. is complete

yes start van..turn blower on high.. set mode to vent .. set temp to coldest.. you have three buttons on the panel for rear wiper press the top one and bottom one at same time hold them until all the panel lights up then release when its done you will have 2 light flashing only if it was successful.. then turn off engihe and restat.. should be back to normal.. but you must have functioning a/c system for it to work
