Question about 2005 Chevrolet Avalanche
Usually when you have no DTC's present on the scan tool and no movement you'll find the forward clutch pack is burnt. What we do at the shop is drop the oil pan and slowly pour off the fluid and inspect it for debris. I think if you do this, you will find some clutch material in the pan.

Check the ecm b fuse in the underhood fuse block. If its blown, the fuel pump is probably shorted and will keep reblowing the fuse. Or possibly if the fuse is good the fuel pump jusst stopped pumping, see if you hear it whine when the key is turned to run.
