First it means get a new radiator cap, When the spring goes bad it releases at a lower pressure. You may need a new thermostat as yours is probably stuck open and the water pump just throws the water through.

The water is not hot at all but the radiator is shooting the water out of the cap, and sending the water to the resivore and makes the resivore over flow.

Sounds like you may have a bad radiator. It may be clogged and the coolant is not able to go through it causing it to come out the cap and reserve tank.

95 ford probe car runs ok but blows whitish blue smoke as accelerate

That is probably the head gasket leaking. White smoke is from antifreeze going through the exhaust. The engine compression is pushing the water out of the radiator.

My 95 Ford Escort has slow acceleration and my check coolant light is on even though It has been filled. Is there a difference from radiator coolant and windshield wiper coolant?

they are two totally different things.the wiper fluid only cleans the windshield, the radiator fluid/coolant is for keeping the engine cool,
please do not mix them up as considerable damage could occur.
the coolant bottle has a bigger (normally) metal cap about 2.1/2 across.with a seal around the inside edge, whereas the washer fluid cap just pops off to fill it.please check your handbook.

Just purchased my 2nd used Hyundai accent gs- 57,000 miles. I have been researching the cars problem of: 75 mph; in 5th gear, the rpm's are over 4000; making the engine noise almost unbearable! So what...

any "adjustments" you carry out to reduce engine speed at any given road speed will affect the speedo/odometer reading,BUT,the simplest/cheapest way of reducing revs is to fit bigger wheels/ tyres.say fit 15" instead of 13"with the same profile tyres.this will reduce your revs by about 500 @75mph.but the speedo will read 70mph.also acceleration times will be considerably reduced.and put an extra strain on the clutch/engine.
alternatively, swop the whole drivetrain to diesel,75mph=3500.

Overheating

you might need to replace your thermostat. If it going bad it may not be opening. its only about 15 bucks for a new one, and while your at it change your temp sensor, also about 15 bucks. If that doesn't help then your water pump may be going out. The easiest way to cheack that is the following: Make sure the engine is cold i.e. let is sit for several hours. remove your radiator cap and start the engine. look inside where your radiator cap was and see if the coolant is circulating. If it is, your pump is probably fine. CAUTION don't do this if your engine is even close to warm, otherwise the coolant may come shooting out and burn you severley.

Hi could be a thermostat or a head gasket
take the rad cap off a start the car see if there are bubbles in the rad if there are no bubbles then change the thermostat if there are bubbles then good chance it's a head gasket

It may not be as simple as opening the radiator cap and dumping in the correct amount and type of coolant. Some engines are terrible about venting the air out of themselves when you try to fill them. On my 95 firebird with a 3.4L, I find it easiest to loosen the thermostat housing and fill it until coolant starts to leak from it. If you do this you will want to know if your gasket or o-ring is good enough to seal when you tighten it back up. Other wise you may need to find a plug in the block or intake or maybe even in both cylinder heads to vent the air out. Trying to run the engine to vent themselves doesn't always work and you could end up toasting your engine.

Good Luck
