The problem may be in the installation process of the box
the correct procedure is to put the torque converter onto the shaft of the transmission first and push it all the way back to engage the oil pump for the transmission
install the transmission then pull the torque converter forward to install the bolts through the flexi plate
putting the torque converter in first then putting the box up generally results in the drive for the oil pump not connecting properly in the torque converter

They told me it is becouse the front tires are new and the back tires bad. I put new tires on the back the same as the front and hope this workes.

look under vehicle and make sure drive shaft going to back of truck is still there and connected. if it is there is a problem w/transfercase.

This may simply be a case that the gear linkage is twisted too far round to the right, so that when the lever is pushed as far to the right as it can be, its not actually pushing the gearbox over far enough.
Try slackening the clamp bolt(s) and twising the shaft 1-2mm in one direction (the direction that moving the lever to the left is) If its no different or worse, twist it 2-3mm in the opposite direction.
