all but the rear passenger side window works, if it's the BCM, wouldn't that make all the windows inoperable?

Yes all the windows would be into, you either have a defective motor or switch or jammed window lift regulator.

That should read all the windows would be inop if the BCM was bad.

My 97 dodge ram 1500 V8 magnum has a wire on the left side of the power distribution center that I don't know where it goes

that is the power wire comes from battery to the box through the fuse then powers all the fuses and relays in that distribution box. if your talking about the wire connector with no wire in it. that is an aux power source to run anything needing 12volts like a salter or snow plow.

MY SUNROOF IS STUCK OPEN IN MY 05 DODGE MAGNUM

Hello. Begin by checking the fuse that controls the sunroof, just look in your owner manual under fuses and you will find a diagram and location for where to look. If the fuse is bad, replace it with a new one of the exact same amperage. Also, use a can of pressurized air [like a computer duster] and clean the rocker switch that controls your sunroof, try to blow air behind it on both sides. Finally just rock that switch back and forth rapidly several times which may break the motor free so it will work again. Regards, Joe
