Sounds like it could be upper control arm bushings. Vibration at 60 will either be a tire that is out of balance or worn from driving with worn suspension components

Wheel noise

Check to see if anything is around wheel that could be touching wheel while driving. Make sure rim and wheel fender are clean of debris. Possible cv joint failure, but that makes a clicking noise.

Outlander howling noise in front wheels

with the wheel bearings failure , it is very possible that the "U" joint or cv joints for the front drive were damaged
I would be looking in that area especially as you mention on turning right

What tools to use to remove front struts on 87 acura integra

1) Jack up the ront part of the car and support it with safety stands.
2) Remove the brake hose clamp bolt.
3)Use floor jack to support the lower control arm. You can place the jack under the ball joint. This is very important. You need to have the jack under the ball joint otherwise force of the torsion bar will jump and cause injury.
4) Remove the self-locking bolt on the knuckle. Slowly lower the jack to remove the strut from the knuckle.
5) Remove two self locking nuts from the upper part of the strut.
) Remove the strut ( front damper) from the car.

Creaking/friction when I hit a bump?

Still sounding like a bushing, but it also could be related to a strut. I have tried this in the past....jack the car up and ONLY on one side first, use WD-40 and spray each of the bushings well. Leave the upper strut area your normal driving. If you still have the squek/crunch, etc, spray the upper strut area. A rare ocassion it can be the upper strut mount.

let me know how it goes!
