Powerwasher or water hose ? According to how much pressure and how close to components it may dry out in the sun with the hood up. Try checking for water under or in the ignition coils, especially if coil on plugs, as water can get inside the recessed area and cause a no spark, no crank issue. Any number or connectors can be damp and shorting/grounding out. As one who does both detailing and driveability diagnostics I have done this myself several times through the years. Check the things you can get to and give it some time to dry.
It will eventually, it just has water round the plugs and distributor. You could leave it in the sun with the bonnet (hood) up for a day, or spray the plugs, leads and distributor top with dewatering spray.
