Can you please add details in the comment box? have you checked the oil level in the engine via the dip stick and also check the water level of the radiator. Had a car doing the same thing found it had low oil in engine. I topped the oil about a 2 months ago This model of BMW is supposed to indicate whenever you need to put in air, oil, water, etc. But I'll check the water anyway. With the problem with the battery draining, Get the chargeing system check out, End tell them all so to check for a short, As for the problem with the oil gauge change the oil pressure sending unit,
SOUNDS LIKE YOU NEED BOTH THE ALTERNATOR AND THE STARTER TESTED.THE CAR SHOULD STAY RUNNING OFF THE ALTERNATOR ONCE BOOSTED,IT SHOULD START OFF THE BATTERY WHEN FULLY CHARGED.
maybe your motor starter is geting overheated , befor chenge it again check the starter relay may be its worn out, or your fuel pump is not deleviring sufficent fuel amount
If the car was left outside, it is better if you replace engine oil and fill fuel tank to remove condensed water, then replace fuel filter after about 50 Kms
