Question about Ford F-150
Generally speaking if one part of the instument cluster works and the others dont you will need a replacement cluster. Try smacking the dash above it to see if you can get it to work again. if it does take the cluster out and inspect the harness and connector pins. bend all the pins slightly to make a better contact when you plug it back in. If nothing changes then a replacement is in order.
