If you do not see a dip stick then you will have to look under the car, it will be a 17mm inset nut, have the car running in N when putting the fluid in

answer is DEXRON 6
use Dexron with the largest number in the end. 6 is today
same as your transmission.

in right front of engine there is a cap that says power steering that is the reservoir for power steering fluid.

Power steering uses ATF(automatic transmission fluid) Dexron VI spec should do fine.

Cant know until you have a code to look at. Take it down to your local autozone pepboys or O'reilly's auto parts stores, they will read the codes for you free of charge

Every 15 years or so, take your car to a mechanic for a check. Even if you found the right place to add "fluid", and presumably you mean to the transaxle, you would need to use the right fluid and would likely have a difficult time - it won't be as easy a location as for adding oil. Crawling under your car, perhaps? Besides, maybe you should drain & replace the fluid rather than add a bit of new stuff. There's a time to rely on professionals. And there's fluids in lots of other things that might need attention too.

no...pull dipstick to the transmission...and put trans fluid there
