You need a transmission. May be a broken reverse action drum.

The blower motor on my 1993 Oldsmobile 98 Regency Elite won't turn off. I followed the wires from the fan (Purple and black) and they lead behind the dash. Can't figure out which relay switch they go to....

You need a blower motor resistor.

How do i remove the power steering pump on a 1992 buick oldsmobile ninety eight regency elite???

Remove the belt, Remove the 2 bolts that hold the pump to the engine by using a socket and extension through the hole in the pump pulley. Remaove the 2 hoses. you may have to pull the pump out through the wheel well.

Sounds like the blower motor resistor to me check the fuses and the see if you have any power to the resistor
