My 2006 Pacifica is doing the EXACT same thing... what was the solution. Usually if I get out and wiggle the cords around it will start again but it's only a matter of time before it all starts over. ??????

Abs light stays on and is flashing a i think acode

hi Robert

you can check the ABS fault code as following:

switch ignition on and wait for the abs light to start to flash.
it will flash in long and short flashes, long flash stands for ten, short flash stands for one, there is a short pause in between, and long pause after each code, take a note of the code and Google it
good luck

My ford escape abs system constantly comes on which triggres m y radio to try to cut off. Aslo my truck has a missing sound of trying to cut off. My dash board light and radio be trying to cut off when...

The radio is cutting out because the ABS coming on is robbing the radio of voltage -- radios require a minimum voltage or they will shut off.

The ABS needs service at a shop. There is probably nothing wrong with the radio.

The squeaking inidicates worn brake pads / shoes -- needs a brake job.

More info, please let me know.

The flash may be a faulty brake light switch located on the rear of the brake pedal

ABS light goes on and off

Sounds like you have loose brake pad linings.
The traction control measures rotational speed between each rear wheel. If your pad lining momentarily causes one wheel to hesitate your trac control will flash. As the ABS detects braking without the brake pedal being pushed, it will flash.
Check your emergency brake pads. They can fall apart inside the drum/rotor combo on the rear. That is where your sensor is for the ABS.

Abs

This is Simply the Computer System Letting you know that there has been an Unusual Action. If it was a Mechanical Problem it would stay on Constant and Flash Periodically.
