I replaced the battery in the remote opener the key wont open either side doors or trunk?
The outside door locks/trunk lock will most likely not work due to the key not being able to be inserted/turned in the lock cylinder due to lack of use. Spray WD40 into door lock cylinder using supplied straw and insert key until it goes all the way in using sawing motion. If lock cylinder still will not turn continue sawing motion with key while holding gentle turning pressure on the key. This will usually free up any sticky/seized lock cylinder wafers and allow the cylinder to turn

If lock cylinders will not turn, the only other way to enter the vehicle is from a lock out/towing company. What they do is pull on the top of the door where it meets the roof and insert a wedge to keep the door slightly ajar and then insert a long metal rod inside the vehicle until it contacts the power door lock button and use the rod to press on it till the locks open. You can accomplish this procedure with an unfolded coat hangar and some patience
