2003 kia sedona red brake light is on with the dinging driving me nuts did the fluid I just had wheel bearings rotors and brake pads changed not the fuse what else could it be. Or how do I stop it

if the fluid level is fine then I would take a look at the handbrake switch and see if it is operating correctly because if you leave the handbrake on a little you will get the pinging so it a good guess to check the switch operation that is at the back of the handbrake lever

What does this codes means 2781 & 277f & 2782 & 27BB

You need to read the standard OBD2 codes, use a code reader and read the codes at the diagnostic port under the dash. OBD codes start with a "P" then four numbers 0-9

Toyota 2005 hand brake not working

Is the hand brake really easy to pull??? You may have to adjust your hand brake cable. I found a video on how to adjust the cable.
Hope this is helpful :-)

My red handbrake symbol keeps flashing what does this mean please

The handbrake light is usually not the handbrake light, it is a warning light for the whole braking system. You could have a problem with the abs system, low brake fluid in the master cylinder or brake pads worn down.
The brake fluid reservoir is easy to check, just lift up the hood and it should be right there mounted on top of the brake booster, in line where the brake pedal is.
The brake pads on modern vehicles have sensors that warn you when they need replacement, so have them checked.
Finally of course, you could have a loose wire on the handbrake warning switch which is mounted at the base of the handbrake, or if you're very lucky, you might just need to drop the handbrake just a fraction more before you drive off.

Handbrake warnjng light comes on when driving

The switch that detects when the handbrake is pulled is either loose and jiggling around or the handbrake cable is loose and allowing it to move enough to hit that switch. That's not safe, you need to have it looked at.
