Clean and verify the TDC cam sensor, left front side of the motor, it's a black wire and connector held down by a wire clasp.

Did you replace the spark plugs with the same brand recommended by ? Might also what to go over all the wiring harnesses, you disconnected when replacing the exhaust. Might of pinched a wire.

Hi i have a bmw e46 318i and in the morning u need to crank it a good few times befor it statrts after that she starts one shot

if your battery is good(check output with volt meter), battery terminals are tight and corrosion free and spark plugs and plug wires all in good order, oil changed and filled properly and this still happens, I wouldnt worry about it. Its cold in the morning after all.

Accelerate Problem BMW 1992 318i

a bad camshaft position sensor or a vacuum leak. Most likely sensor. Is your check engine light on? you can test sensors with an ohmmeter to determine if a sensor is good or not. It wouldn't be bad to check and make sure your coil packs aren't bad by checking each plug for spark. You can lay one plug and wire at a time one engine so end probe of plug is fairly next to metal. Have someone crank while you watch for spark.
